Este documento forma parte de un proyecto para salvar y descontaminar el Río Pesquería y los ecosistemas que dependen de su cauce, considerándolo como parte fundamental del corredor biológico entre al menos cuatro áreas naturales protegidas en el Estado de Nuevo León (ANP Cerro la Mota, ANP Sierra del Fraile y San Miguel, ANP Sierra de Mitras y ANP Cerro el Topo) El responsable del proyecto ha estado llevando peticiones a las autoridades correspondientes para que se aplique la legislación en matería ambiental, aseverando que los tres niveles del gobierno de México (Federal, Estatal y Municipal) estan incurriendo en omisiones en la aplicación efectiva de su legislación ambiental respecto a la descarga de aguas residuales en el municipio de García (antes llamado Pesquería Grande) y que presuntamente se vierten al río pesquería sin el tratamiento necesario que evite la contaminación. Afirma que la contaminación del Río Pesquería ha causado daños al medioambiente y a la salud y que además ha perjudicado a los agricultores quienes usan esas aguas para la irrigación de siembras agricolas y que incluso han sido sancionados por la CNA en los terminos de la NOM-CCA-003-ECOL porque las aguas del río que utilizan no cumplen con los parametros que esa norma establece para su utilización en el riego de hortalizas para consumo humano. Hasta este momento las descargas de agua residuales municipales continuan vertiendose directamente y sin control en este río que historicamente se le ha llamado "Río Pesquería" , lo que sugiere que en algún momento debio de ser un recurso con abundante biodiversidad. Este proyecto se esta realizando tan solo con recursos personales del responsable, por lo que ha recurrido a las universidades e instituciones solicitando apoyo en forma de voluntariado con sus estudiantes y docentes para empoderar la propuesta con el único objetivo de exigir a las autoridades el cumplimiento de las leyes que nos benefician a todos y permiten tanto a las personas como a otros seres vivos vivir en un ambiente saludable.

http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024 Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error. Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials. This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.
