• We conducted training for all store associates regarding the tools we rent and the Repair
business we offer. The team made this a priority to increase the business over last year.
• We also grew customer traffic by utilizing the PRO Top 30 report to build relationships with our
contractors. The team used this report to grow sales and capture repeat business.

• Make sure all equipment is performing to its full
potential with no missing attachments. Inspect all
equipment before customers leave so down time
will not occur with the customer (time is money).
• Work with PRO to get leads on potential Rental
customers when they visit job sites.
