Colorado Gives Day is an opportunity to increase visibility of Colorado charities and connect with others that
support these causes. As a GivingFirst participant, you are an important voice for Colorado Gives Day and increasing
charitable giving in Colorado. To help, we ask you to engage in conversations about Colorado Gives Day on social
networks in the months leading up to December 8, 2010.
Why Social Networks?
Social networks provide an opportunity for you to connect with other donors. If you are already using Facebook and
Twitter, you can serve as a strong voice of support by sharing your experience with GivingFirst.org. As we work to
generate awareness and excitement about Colorado Gives Day, it is important for Coloradans to understand how
easy it is to use GivingFirst.org and support local charities.
