Roberto Goizueta was born in Havana, Cuba in 1931 and died in Atlanta, Georgia in 1997 at the age of 65. He attended Yale University where he earned a degree in chemical engineering, studying there from 1948 to 1953. Roberto worked for Coca-Cola starting in 1954, working his way up to become the CEO from 1980 until his death in 1997, having a successful career leading the company.
