- 9. Luke the DuckOnceupon a time, there was a duck in Tallahassee that was a dreamer. Out of all the members of his family, he was the one that would always stand out the most. Ever since he was little Luke the Duck would overcome challenges and be independent from everyone else. He always knew he wanted to make a difference and become someone to remember. One time he tried swimming differently, but that was an epic fail. He tried to do a million different things but it was all a waste of time. Oftentimes ducks that did not understand his dreams would try to discourage him from fulfilling his wishes. They did not do it intentionally, but they would tell him he was insignificant and that trying to make a change in the world was a foolish thing to try. For a couple of months, he gave up. It was the saddest moment of his life. He would not find joy in anything he did. One day when he saw the biggest tree in Lake Ella in the mist of a great storm. The tree bent so far over that it almost touched the ground, but when the wind stopped it bounced back up. Luke the Duck understood that while the tree hunched over under the pressure of the storm, it actually became stronger. It took him a minute to realize; giving up was not an option. He knew he was going make a chance so then he decided to take action. Once again he started thinking about what he could do to be memorable and the difference of all ducks. Nothing ever came up. One time when he walked near a girl he was thinking about how he could make it happen. It was such a difficult thing to think about; after all he was just a duck! The girl grabbed him and made a “duck face.” That was the first time the “duck face” was ever invented in the world. His life changed forever. Ever since that day, every girl in the world has made a duck face. Luke the Duck could not believe it! He made change happen without even trying. Was it luck? We don’t know. Everyday at Lake Ella millions of people come from all around the world to take duck selfies with Luke the Duck. He is well known all over the world and until now he still remains the happiest duck in the world. . Although it took him time he finally obtained what he wanted, to be remembered by everyone else.

- 12. FSU REZ Summer, thebest time of the year. The time to make new memories, to walk freely into the experiences, We will always remember. My lungs fill with happiness. Everyone is enjoying their time, like this moment will last forever. Freshmen around the Lake. Full of expectations, dreams, and desires. We are all here to achieve set goals, But also to enjoy the ride. Sunny July, Smiles everywhere. It is not about where we are, But about the memories that will be made.
