• 6-9 Months – Solicit for candidates via Slate
  Nomination from CMC Detailer. (Slates
  usually remain open for 3 weeks)
• Incumbent CMC collects nomination
  packages and prepares slate of candidates
FO/GO SLATING PROCESS (CONT)

  FORCM/FLTCM and then to MCPON EA
