1.概述 Overview
发电厂各种转动机械的轴承在运行中会因摩擦产生热量,转动机械输送的高温流体也会传
递热量至轴承,还有些设备在其工艺过程中也会产生热量。为保证设备的安全运行,避免
因温度升高导致轴承金属变形等,必须将这些设备予以冷却,并带走热量;再次,由于该
系统设备本身的流体是高品质的给水、凝结水或润滑油,而冷却水在运行中一旦泄漏到这
些液体中去,将会使其大大污染,为此相应要求冷却水有相当的品质。本系统的功能就是
向这些需要冷却的设备提供水质、水温和水量都合乎要求的冷却水即闭式循环冷却水,以
确保各设备安全稳定运行。
In power plant, bearings for rotation devices will produce frictional heating during
running, also the high-temperature fluid carried by rotation devices will transfer heat to
bearings, and also, some devices will produce heat during technological processing. To
ensure the equipment safe running, and avoid deformation of bearing metal during rising
temperature, these equipment shall be cooled to be away from these heating. Moreover,
the fluid of the equipment are high quality feed water, condensate water or lube oil, and
if cooling water enters these fluid during running, these fluids will be greatly polluted, so
the cooling water shall have considerable quality. The system functions to provide
cooling water, i.e. CCCW(closed circulating cooling water) with proper quality,
temperature and quantity, to ensure the equipment's safe & stable running.

闭式循环冷却水系统的设计容量,能够够满足满足电厂从启动到最大出力时的各种负荷下
的运行运行需要一定裕量。正常情况下,一台冷却水泵和泵和换热器运行可满足整个系统
所需的冷却水要求要求。
The design capacity of CCCW system shall be able to satisfy the running needs under
various loads from startup to max. Output, and certain allowance shall be reserved.
Under normal condition, 1 of cooling pump and heat exchanger cancan meet the whole
system’s cooling water requirements.
闭冷水系统的流量为 2633t/h ,闭冷水泵入口设计压力为 0.4MPa, 出口压力 1Mpa ,温度
为 50℃ 。
The rate flow is 2633t/h, the design pressure of inlet CCCW pump is 0.4MPa.g, and the
design pressure of outlet CCCW pump is 1.0MPa.g. The design temperature is 50 .

2. 设备组成 CCCW system equipment
闭式循环膨胀水箱 CCCW buffer tank
本工程汽机房闭冷水系统与锅炉房闭冷水系统分别设置一台膨胀水箱,其主要功能:
For the project, one CCCW buffer tank is installed in the CCCW system of the turbine
hall and boiler house respectively. Its main functions are as follows:
1 )接收来自凝结水的补水 Receive makeup water from condensate system
2 )保证闭式循环冷却水泵所需的净正压吸头 ensure the net positive pressure suction
head for CCCW pumps.

3)作为系统内水的缓冲容器 as a buffer container for the system
闭式循环冷却水泵 CCCW Pump
本系统汽机房和锅炉房分别设置两台 100% 容量的闭式循环冷却水泵(每台机组共设置
4 台),其中一台运行,一台备用。
The system is equipped with two CCCW pumps (100% capacity) at the turbine hall and
boiler house respectively (four pumps for one unit). One is operating, and the other is
standby.
水泵入口管(即系统回水管)与膨胀水箱的下水管相连。每台泵的入口装设电动蝶阀,出
口装有止回阀和电动蝶阀。闭冷水泵出口分别接至闭冷水换热器。
The inlet of the pump (return pipe of the system) is connected to the downstream pipe of
the buffer tank. The inlet of each pump is equipped with an electric butterfly valve, and
the outlet is equipped with one check valve and one electric butterfly valve. The outlet of
the CCCW pump is connected to the CCCW heat exchanger.
闭冷水换热器 CCCW heat exchanger 本系统汽机房和锅炉房分别设有两台 100% 容
量的闭冷水换热器,正常情况一台运行,一台备用。每台换热器进出口各设有电动蝶阀,
该阀门只起隔离关断作用。
The system is equipped with 2 CCCW heat exchangers (100% capacity) at the turbine
hall and boiler house respectively. One is operating, and the other is standby. Electric
butterfly valves are installed at each inlet and outlet of each heat exchanger. The valve
only acts as isolating and shutting off.

在膨胀水箱初始充水时,依靠凝结水系统的压力使凝结水进入膨胀水箱,该过程为闭冷水
系统的注水过程。机组正常运行期间,闭冷水系统的补水同样来自膨胀水箱。正常运行时
系统的补水量很小,水位调节要求灵敏,为此在膨胀水箱入口管道上装设了由水位控制器
控制的气动水位调节阀,前后二只隔离阀以及旁路隔离阀。水位控制阀的开启与关闭取决
于膨胀水箱中水位的变化。膨胀水箱通大气并设有溢流和放水管道,放水至无压放水母管。
Duringthe initial water filling to CCCW buffer tank, condensate water enters tank with
pressure of condensate system. The process is the water filling process for CCCW
system. When the unit is under normal running, make-up water of CCCW system also
comes from the tank. Under normal running, the system’s water make-up quantity is
small, and level adjusting shall be delicate, so pneumatic level control valve, 2 upstream
& downstream isolation valves, and bypass isolation valve controlled by level controller
are arranged at the inlet piping of the tank. Opening and shut-down of level control valve
are decided by the level variety in the tank. The tank is connected to the air with overflow
and drain piping. The drain discharges to process drainage system.
闭式循环冷却水系统供水至各冷却设备,回水母管进循环冷却水泵,然后进入闭冷水换热
器,再送至各冷却器,完成一个循环。
The CCCW system supply water each cooling equipment. Return water header enters
CCCW pump, then enters CCCW heat exchanger, and then enters each cooler and
complete one cycle.

3.启动 Start-up
• 闭式冷却水系统所有检修工作完毕,设备完整良好
All the repair work is completed and all the equipment is in good condition.
• 将系统阀门恢复完毕,具备投入条件
Restore all the valves of the system with input condition
2 )电气方面 Electrical
• 将闭冷水泵电机测绝缘合格,待机械方面准备好后送电
Test the insulation of the motor of CCCW pump, and supply power when the mechanical
parts are ready.
• 闭式水系统所有电动门送电
Supply power for all the electric valves
3 )热工方面 Thermomechanical
• 各热工测量元件完好,压力表、压力变送器、压力开关、液位开关一次门开启
The thermomechanical measuring elements are in good condition. The primary valve of
pressure gauge, pressure transmitter, pressure switch and liquid level switch are open.
• 闭式冷却水系统各项试验合格,联锁保护具备投入条件
All the test are qualified and the interlock protection has input conditions.
4. 系统的投运 System commissioning
1 )启动凝结水输送泵或化学除盐水向闭式膨胀水箱注水。注水通过水箱调节阀旁路,

1)开启水箱底部出水门,监控水箱水位。当闭式水箱水位正常后,关闭旁路阀,开启水
箱补水调节阀,投入水位调节门自动控制;
Start CEP or chemical desalted water, supply water to the CCCW buffer tank through
the bypass pipe of control valve. Open the drain valve at the bottom of the tank, monitor
the water level. When the water level is normal, close the bypass valve and open the
control valve. Then put the valve into automatic control.
2 )开启两台闭冷水泵及闭冷水换热器进出口阀,泵体及系统注水放空气,放气管见连续
水流后关闭放气门;
Open the inlet and outlet valves of CCCW pumps and CCCW heat exchangers. Water is
injected into the pump body and the system to let out air. Close the vent valve after
seeing continuous flow of water in the vent pipe.
3 )投入一台闭冷水换热器运行,另一台投入备用;
Put one CCCW heat exchanger into operating, and the other is standby.
4 )投入一台冷却水大用量设备,形成闭式冷却水通路;
Supply water to an equipment that needed large quantity of cooling water, then form a
closed cooling water channel
5 )关闭两台闭冷水泵出口门
Closed the outlet valve of the two pumps
6 )确认闭式水箱水位正常,水位调节门调节正常;
Confirm the water level of the tank is normal, and the control valve is normal.

7)确认闭冷水泵各项保护投入正常后,启动一台闭冷水泵,检查泵组各项参数正常;
Confirm all the protection of the pump is put into service normally. Start one CCCW
pump, and check all the parameters is normal.
8 )确认母管压力稳定后,投入另一台闭冷水泵备用联锁
After confirming the pressure of the header is stable, put the other CCCW pump into
interlock.
4.Operation monitor
( 1 )维持闭式水膨胀水箱水位正常; Maintain the water level of CCCW buffer tank is
normal;
( 2 )检查运行的闭冷水泵电流在合理范围内变化,泵振动、声音、轴承温度均正常;
Check the current of the CCCW pump varies within a reasonable range, and the
vibration, sound and bearing temperature of the pump are normal.
( 3 )检查闭冷水泵出口压力正常
Check the outlet pressure of the pump is normal.
( 4 )检查闭式水换热器出口闭式水水温不大于 38℃ 。
Check the outlet temperature of the CCCW heat exchanger is no more than 38 .

( 5 )定期进行闭冷水泵的切换工作;
Switching the operation of the CCCW pump regularly.
1 )备用闭冷水泵备用良好,具备启动条件;
The reserve pump has good standby and start-up condition.
2 )闭式膨胀水箱水位正常; The water level of the buffer tank is normal. 1.6m

Thewater level of the buffer tank is normal.
3 )切除备用泵备用; Remove the spare pump standby function.
4 )启动备用闭冷水泵,泵组各项参数正常; Start the spare CCCW pump, each
parameter is right.
5 )停运原运行泵,检查闭冷水系统母管压力正常; Stop the original running pump and
check the main pressure of the CCCW system is normal.
6 )检查闭冷水母管无压力低信号,将原运行泵备用 Check the CCCW header has no
low pressure signal, then the original running pump is standby.
5. 闭式冷却水系统的停运 Shutdown of CCCW system
( 1 ) 确认闭式冷却水已无用户,具备停运条件;
Confirm the system has no user and outage conditions.
( 2 ) 解除闭式冷却水泵“备用”联锁;
The ‘standby’ interlock of the CCCW pump is removed.
( 3 ) 关闭运行泵出口门,停止运行;
Close the outlet valve of operating pump and stop the pump.
( 4 )检查闭式水箱水位正常;
Check the water level of the CCCW buffer tank is normal.
6. 事故处理 Accident treatment
( 1 ) 运行泵故障跳闸 The operating pump trip because of fault.

1)运行泵跳闸,备用泵应自启动,否则应手动启动;
Once the operating pump is tripped, the spare pump should start automatically,
otherwise it should be manually activated.
2 )检查泵出口母管压力应维持正常;
Check the pressure of the outlet pipe of the pump should be kept normal.
3 )联系检修查明原因。
Contact maintenance to find out the reason.
( 2 ) 膨胀水箱水位异常 Abnormal water level in buffer tank
1 )水位降至 1000mm ,联锁开启水箱补水阀;
The water level drops to 1000mm, and the interlock opens the water supply valve of the
tank.
2 )水箱水位升至 1500mm ,则联锁关闭水位调节阀;
When the water level rises to 1500mm, the interlock closes the water level regulating
valve.
3 )检查水位自动调节是否正常,若水位自动调节失灵应手动调节水箱水位正常,通知检
修处理;
Check whether the automatic regulation of water level is normal or not. If the automatic
regulation of water level fails, the water level of the tank should be adjusted manually
and the maintenance and treatment should be notified.
4 )检查闭冷水系统是否有泄露,如有泄露及时处理。
Check if there is any leakage in the CCCW system. If there is any leakage, deal with it in
time.

(3 ) 闭式水母管压力低 The pressure of the CCCW header is low.
1 )泵进出口阀位置不正常;
The location of inlet or outlet valve is abnormal.
2 )备用泵出口逆止门不严造成备用泵倒水,关闭其出口并联系检修处理;
The check valve of the standby pump outlet is not strict, causing the standby pump to
pour water, close its outlet and contact maintenance.
3 )运行泵异常,出力降低。则备用泵启动;
The operating pump is abnormal, and the output is reduced. Start the standby pump.
4 )若闭冷水系统泄露,则设法隔离泄漏点,若热交换器泄露,则切换热交换器运行。
If the CCCW system leaks, try to isolate the leak point. If the heat exchanger leaks,
switch the heat exchanger.
7.CCCW pump parameters
