This document discusses Clocky, a robotic alarm clock invented by 25-year-old Gauri Nanda. Clocky is designed to roll away and hide when someone hits snooze in an attempt to get them out of bed. It has shock-absorbing wheels and a computer chip that allows it to take new routes each morning. Nanda developed Clocky as a class project at MIT and hopes it will help people be more proactive about getting up in the mornings.
