To Whom It May Concern:
Supriya Chakraborty joined the Chevron Warehouse team and assumed ownership of making
sure that we were successful in implementing a number of actions focused on improving our
reliability and efficiencies. Prior to him joining the team we had no visibility to the warehouse
operations, we were not sure where our bottle necks were in our processes and as a result we
could not address. As a result of his efforts our visibility has increase which allows us to
response faster and with more sustainable solutions. Several of the tools that he has
implemented will be shared and deployed over time to the wider network. We appreciate his
efforts, he was really part of our team and we will miss having him around.
Supriya also provided coaching for the team and was instrumental in helping us on board a
number of critical employees during the time when we were short of leadership at our Port
Author Lubrication Plant. We appreciate him stepping up to the plate
