Class Report Details
Lantai KOTOR
● 3 or more rubbish
-tiny bits of paper is counted
-nothing should be on the floor
(school bag/bottle are exceptions)
Papan putih KOTOR
● Dirt on whiteboard
No marker pen writing/ stains (dots included)
● Dirt/Dust on marker tray
-3 or more dots/dust on tray
Meja/Kerusi TIDAK LURUS
● Table is not aligned/straight
● Chairs are not pushed in
-Teachers chair/ sudut bacaan chair included
-Chairs must be pushed in properly.
Bakul Sampah KOTOR
● Rubbish inside
-Must be emptied thoroughly
TIDAK DIALAS
● No plastic on rubbish bin
-Plastic must be there at all times.
Sink KOTOR
● Dirt in/around sink
-Dirt/Ink stains/ Soap spills must be washed
-Hair strands must be cleared (even a single strand of hair is
checked and counted)
*Permanent stains/flooded sink does not count as kotor. Sink must still
be cleaned as usual.
Tandas KOTOR
● Rubbish in toilet
-Plastic/newspaper/pads
● Stains on toilet floor
-Footprint/black marks
-Field dirt stains
*Flooded toilet does not count as kotor.Toilet must still be cleaned as
usual.
Additional Notes
1. Morning Report (MR) is taken by checking Lantai & Bakul Sampah only.
2. Students on duty are given 10 minutes to do their duties during recess.
3. If there are 5 or more reports in a day, it's considered as “Tidak Menjalankan Tugas”.
4. If the class has a problem with their report, no one should have entered the class until
the prefect on duty enters for checking. The entire class must line up quietly outside
class.
(Reports will not be checked or changed by prefects if students have entered
class)
5. Students are not allowed to use other class toilets and sink. Instead, use the unlabelled
toilets/sinks at the back.
6. If you have any problems with other class students using your class toilet, please take
down the students names and pass it to Thatsha Nair (5EK) or Taniashree (5SC1) .
7. If the number of reports in a week exceeds 5, it is considered as “Kelas Terkotor”.
