Each classroom had apples with students' names, students made caterpillars out of healthy foods, a nutrition display shared a new chart with parents, a history display used postcards of famous African Americans, children decorated the number 100 for a 100 days project, an word wall showed encouraging words, and a puzzle activity built awareness for Autism.

2. Welcome to K-Prep
Each small apple has the name of the students in the
classroom.

3. The Very Healthy Caterpillar
Based on The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. The
students completed a part of the caterpillar by gluing
healthy food to their plate.

4. Nutrition Month Display
Shared information with parents based on the new nutrition
chart.

5. African-American History
Used postcards of famous African Americans to create the
display.

6. 100 Days of School
Children were given the number 100 to decorate as they
pleased. This is a sample of a family project.

7. K-Prep Word Wall
Words of encouragement for the children to see everyday.

8. Autism Awareness
Children used their fine motor skills to glue paper on the
puzzle piece for Autism Awareness Month in April.
