  scholarships
   – Students must select “College Forward” as their organization
     and then select their coach from the drop down menu that
     appears after selecting College Forward.

•Be sure to include everything

accomplished since Freshman
year of high school

•College Forward counts too!

•Include how often you were
involved per week as well as
hours per week and the duration
of your involvement
