Boutique, low-rise developments have proven to be the middle ground for property investors. Rental yields often exceed 5% and vacancy is negligible at 1%.
Townhomes like Fresco are commonly purchased by discerning live in owners. Lack of competition from other investors is exactly why this type of property makes ideal investment.
In the last 7 days two townhouses purchased in 2017 have been on-sold in Greenway. Even with property values compressing during the Federal Election and Banking Royal Commission, both owners managed to sell for more than they paid, with one group making $43,090 and selling within 6 months of settlement, the other on-sold prior to settlement and made $63,711. This demonstrates the resilience of this property type under market stress.
Case studies like theirs are common when properties in boutique, low-rise developments are secured prior to construction commencement. This is why people who advise their clients to invest in property should strongly consider looking at this part of the market.
A fabulous executive home in one of Halifax's most desired locations in Clayton Park West. This home offers a very spacious floor plan for the growing and extended family. A fabulous chefs dream kitchen with a walk in pantry, double wall ovens, propane cook top, 10 ft island for prepping meals. The main floor family, living room with bar and dining room will accommodate large pieces of furniture. An entertainer's delight! The upper level boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 ensuites, the master with a 2 person jet tub and a 5 ft shower with body jets. Conveniently located on this level is the laundry room. Lower level with a walkout entrance can support a home office or room for the extended family, bedroom with ensuite, rec room, flex space, plus a wet bar area with lots of cupboards, laundry room and an oversize double garage. This home has a lovely yard with a portion fenced in for the pets or the wee ones.

Understanding User Needs and Satisfying ThemAggregage
https://www.productmanagementtoday.com/frs/26903918/understanding-user-needs-and-satisfying-them
We know we want to create products which our customers find to be valuable. Whether we label it as customer-centric or product-led depends on how long we've been doing product management. There are three challenges we face when doing this. The obvious challenge is figuring out what our users need; the non-obvious challenges are in creating a shared understanding of those needs and in sensing if what we're doing is meeting those needs.
In this webinar, we won't focus on the research methods for discovering user-needs. We will focus on synthesis of the needs we discover, communication and alignment tools, and how we operationalize addressing those needs.
Industry expert Scott Sehlhorst will:
• Introduce a taxonomy for user goals with real world examples
• Present the Onion Diagram, a tool for contextualizing task-level goals
• Illustrate how customer journey maps capture activity-level and task-level goals
• Demonstrate the best approach to selection and prioritization of user-goals to address
• Highlight the crucial benchmarks, observable changes, in ensuring fulfillment of customer needs
