2. Cranfield Management Development Centre (CMDC) is a purpose
designed dedicated residential conference centre comprised of 12
lecture and meeting rooms. The world-class AV equipped rooms are
located around central refreshment areas ideal for session breaks
and networking. 186 en-suite bedrooms, restaurant, private dining
areas, a licenced bar, exercise room and swimming pool allow your
delegates to relax and network conveniently close at hand.
The Vincent Building incorporates 8 meeting rooms, with a
state-of-the-art auditorium seating 250 delegates and an exhibition
area suitable for events, product launches and networking for up to
350 delegates.
Mitchell Hall offers a flexible meeting and function space providing
suitable options for every business or occasion requirement. Select
from a choice of four AV equipped meeting rooms suitable for
numbers from 2 to 100 delegates, or dining space which can seat
200 guests. 60 en-suite single and double rooms are also available
should your guests wish to extend their visit.
The Stafford Cripps Centre provides a flexible solution for meetings,
conferences, and exhibitions. Three naturally lit and spacious meeting
rooms can offer a variety of set ups from 60 to 110 delegates. Each
room is fully equipped with state of the art AV equipment.

With four flexible venues in one ideal location, Venue Cranfield is the
perfect place to hold your event. Our purpose-designed facilities
can meet all your conference, meeting, training and accommodation
requirements.
Venue Cranfield is located in the Bedfordshire countryside close to Milton Keynes on the Buckinghamshire border
and is made up of four buildings, Cranfield Management Development Centre (CMDC), Mitchell Hall, The Vincent
Building and The Stafford Cripps Centre. Our central location provides easy access from the M1 junctions 13
and 14 and has ample free on-site parking.
We have a variety of well equipped modern training rooms, lecture theatres and a state-of-the-art auditorium,
which means we can provide a space best suited to your requirements. Our rooms can accommodate 2 to 250
delegates. We also have spaces that are suitable for networking, exhibitions or product launches, which have room
for up to 350 delegates. We offer on-site accommodation, with over 200 en-suite bedrooms.
We are very proud that Cranfield Management Development Centre (CMDC) is a member of the Meeting Industry
Association and Conference Centres of Excellence, as well as being AIM accredited.

7. Conferences, Exhibitions, Networking
and Product Launches
Venue Cranfield has hosted many prestigious conferences,
exhibitions and product launches across a wide variety of
industry sectors.
Our state-of-the-art auditorium seats up to 250 delegates, whilst the adjacent atrium area can comfortably
accommodate up to 350 guests for a Networking lunch, Exhibition, Product launch or Drinks reception.
For events of up to 100 guests, our tiered lecture theatres provide the same modern facilities and
networking areas for a smaller audience.
As every event is unique, you may wish to enhance your event with additional services. Drinks receptions,
private dinners, barbeques, afternoon teas, awards ceremonies, guest speakers and much more can be
arranged for you - please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Incorporated within our venues are two dedicated on-site
centres with a total of 245 en-suite single and double rooms.
A comfortable night’s sleep, combined with a good breakfast at the venues, means your delegates are

Day delegate package:
For delegates attending from 08.00 to 18.00, a day-delegate package will apply
- this rate provides the following services:

24 hour delegate package:
This includes all the benefits of the above day-package, plus the following:
Evening meal – three course evening meal, a selection of hot and cold starters, main courses and desserts.
All prepared from fresh locally sourced food. All dietary requirements catered for.
Accommodation – comfortable en-suite room
Breakfast – either full English or Continental
Leisure Facilities – swimming pool, fitness room and sauna (for those staying at CMDC)
