► Remove the engine flywheel (2).
Flywheel
► Remove the centring pin (1).
► Position the special tool (I) on the seal.
To make it easier to fit the bolts of the special tool, make a hole of 3.5 mm (1) at a depth of 5 mm in
the inner ring of the seal.

7. ► Remove the inner section of the seal using the special tool (I).
► Remove the outer section of the seal using a slide hammer.

Replace the centring pin if it is damaged.

9. ► Remove the centring pin (1) for mounting the special tool (III).
► Position the special tool (III) on the seal.
To make it easier to fit the bolts of the special tool, make a hole of 3.5 mm (1) at a depth of 5 mm in
the inner ring of the seal.
► Remove the inner section of the seal using the special tool (III).
► Remove the outer section of the seal using a slide hammer.

10. Fitting the crankshaft front bearing seal
► Fit the crankshaft seal using the special tool (IV).
Replace the centring pin if it is damaged.
► Fit the centring pin (1).
► Fit the pulley assembly (1).
