6. Carrier Compliance We provide capacity for manufacturing and distribution via our pool of over 7,000 qualified carriers. We are in direct contact with every driver, (not just dispatcher) on every load throughout the dispatch and delivery process. Our company utilizes small contract carrier fleets and private fleets. On a week-to-week basis we utilize about 460 of our “Excellence in Service” carriers, which average about 40 trucks per fleet. We maintain an extensive database of carriers who are under contract with C. L. Services, Inc., all of whom have current cargo and auto liability insurance certificates of $100,000/$1,000,000 respectively on file.
