This document summarizes a project proposal for a linear park located along Sungai Ayer Hitam between residential developments. A group of 6 students - Tan Min Chuen, Tan Kah Inn, Le Jia Ling, Yap Zheng Xiang, Melanie Soon Yu Xin, and Lim Woo Leon - are proposing the 2.3 hectare park that will be 60-70% vegetation including trees, grass, and feature the Sungai Ayer Hitam river. The park will have 2 entrances and is surrounded by local context including the Suffolk house, SriYork Condominium, a bus stop, the Malaysia German Society, Taman Jajar neighborhood, and the Penang Methodist Boys
