• Bojangles’ began in 1977 as the dream of operators Jack Fulk and
Richard Thomas.
• Bojangles are well known for being a team member more than just
a job. Bojangles provide great opportunities to meet interesting
people and opportunities for career growth.
• Currently, Trickum uses two database system to complete the hiring
process; ADP Workforce & Sysdine.
• Our objectives are to drop Sysdine application process and to
combine the two processes into one database system.
Describe the process you went about to
investigate requirements: Trickum Ops LLC
1. Who did you talk to/what business(es) did you visit?
HR director – Rhonda.
Bojangle uses Currently uses ADP Workforce & Sysdine for their DBMS
2. What type of data does the database store? The online database holds all of their personal
information. According to Rhonda the HR Director, this database stores “pay rate (hr/salary), liens,
workers compensation, paycards/direct deposit, deductions, tax withholdings, personal and
employee profiles, and employment information, and much much more”.
3. What documents did you examine?
ADP Application: New applicants fill out all of their information on Sysdine. Once this is
complete, Rhonda then manually transfers all data over to ADP Workforce. All new employee
information comes from forms except for notes that might be manually typed in. For promotions or
position changes, Rhonda can easily change via ADP. Employees do however have access to change
specific information such as W-2 forms, address,or past pay-stubs.
