PROPOSED ESTATE MANAGEMENT
The Property Management Association is to be set up and will include all of the owners/landlords of the commercial and residential units. It is proposed
that the Property Management team of Mongolian Properties will have a centralized budget that will be agreed with the occupiers and approved by the
landlords. The Mongolian Properties team will assist owners in finding a suitable tenant.
Mongolian Properties, a subsidiary of APIP, is the largest and longest established real estate agency based in Ulaanbaatar. The services it offers ranges from
property to facilities management, and are dedicated to reducing operational risk and maximizing value for money in the delivery of high quality landlord
services to occupational tenants. The terms of the management contract can be set in perpetuity and have either annual or monthly management fees.
RESERVATION PROCESS
All investors receive freehold title of their unit, with a certificate of Immovable Property that will be registered at the Immovable Property Registration
Centre. The purchase procedure is relatively straight forward and simple relative to many other countries. Please contact us for further information and/

A payment schedule is in place whilst construction is completed until the end of the year but a further discount may be available for those looking to
place 100% of funds now.

  • 16. PROPOSED ESTATE MANAGEMENT The Property Management Association is to be set up and will include all of the owners/landlords of the commercial and residential units. It is proposed that the Property Management team of Mongolian Properties will have a centralized budget that will be agreed with the occupiers and approved by the landlords. The Mongolian Properties team will assist owners in finding a suitable tenant. Mongolian Properties, a subsidiary of APIP, is the largest and longest established real estate agency based in Ulaanbaatar. The services it offers ranges from property to facilities management, and are dedicated to reducing operational risk and maximizing value for money in the delivery of high quality landlord services to occupational tenants. The terms of the management contract can be set in perpetuity and have either annual or monthly management fees. RESERVATION PROCESS All investors receive freehold title of their unit, with a certificate of Immovable Property that will be registered at the Immovable Property Registration Centre. The purchase procedure is relatively straight forward and simple relative to many other countries.
