CIRCULAR
Sub.: Fall 2011-12 semester Course Registration
The Fall 2011-12 semester FFCS course registration will be carried out using Internet between
15th June 2011 (Wednesday) and 29th June 2011 (Wednesday). Individual students are assigned with
specific login timings and students can see their specific date, time of registration and other relevant
details using the FFCS Student Login now. Students can register using the following weblink during
their specific allocated dates and times.

Students register between 8 am to 8 pm and after 8 pm to 12 midnight, students of the day can
add/modify their registrations. The registration schedule is prepared based on the graduation year.
Within such a group, random numbers have been generated and daily timings assigned. From 29th
June (10 am) to 2nd July 2011, all students, irrespective of their graduation year, can add/modify
registrations. From 1st to 12th July 2011, Fresh students (First year) will do their registration. From
13th to 19th July 2011, Add/Drop will be open to all FFCS students. If needed, timed-out students can
also register into an FFCS Course (based on approved course equivalences) during 29th June to 2nd
July 2011.
Each student will get one hour time to register their courses exclusively and the next one hour they
can share with the next batch of students (total of 2 hours). Students who miss to register courses
during their allocated time slot of a day can register their courses between 8 pm and midnight of the
same day. Those who miss the above option can still do their registration between 29th June and 2nd
July 2011, and also between 13th and 19th July 2011.
Since the Fall 2011-12 Semester commences on 13th July 2011, Course registration will be closed on
19th July 2011 and beyond that period students will not be permitted to register courses. Those who
missed their course registration, Fall 2011 Semester will be considered as 'Discontinuation of
Programme' and their studentship will be liable to be cancelled.
