War is an Indian 2019 upcoming Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Siddharth
Anand and starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff in lead roles, with Vaani Kapoor
portraying the female lead and Ashutosh Rana, Anupriya Goenka, and Dipannita Sharma
appearing in supporting roles. Produced by Aditya Chopra under his banner Yash Raj
Films, the film follows a man who and his guru have a face-off when they get pitted
against each other. Principal photography of the film began in the second week of
September 2018, and concluded in March 2019. Initially titled Fighters, the film's title
was changed after official teaser was released on July 15, 2019, giving the real title War.
The film is scheduled for a theatrical release in IMAX on October 2, 2019, coinciding
with the festival Gandhi Jayanti.

Prasthanam is a upcoming Indian Hindi-language political action film directed by
Deva Katta. The film is produced by Maanayata Dutt under her own banner Sanjay
S Dutt Productions. The film stars ensemble cast of Sanjay Dutt, Manisha Koirala,
Jackie Shroff, Chunky Pandey, Ali Fazal, Satyajeet Dubey, and Amyra Dastur. The
film is a remake of 2010 Telugu film of the same name. Sanjay Dutt, the producer
Manyata Dutt, and the director Deva Katta have been sent a legal notice by Shemaroo
Entertainment, due to not having the remake rights for the film. The notice was sent
out on Monday July 29, trio have been given 72 hours to response to the notice. The
film is set to release on 20 September 2019.

Story :
Mission Mangal Story: A team of Indian scientists at ISRO (Indian Space Research
Organisation) take on the extraordinary task of successfully sending a satellite into the
orbit of planet Mars in a country's maiden attempt. Mission Mangal Review: A dream
doesn't become reality through magic, it takes sweat, determination and hard work to
make it come true.
Analysis :
The story picks up in 2010, when a team at ISRO is led by Rakesh (Akshay
Kumar) as they launch a rocket into outer space. But that launch mission
ends up in unexpected failure when a technical error forces the rocket
to veer towards earth. The ill-fated error happens under the watchful
eye of one of the mission directors Tara (Vidya Balan), but during
the media-fuelled fiasco later on, Rakesh takes the blame for it.
As a result, Rakesh is assigned to the far-fetched Mars Mission
at ISRO, which other scientists at the organisation believes is
nothing but a flight of fancy. But, the patriotic Rakesh and the
industrious Tara decide to fight the odds and put India on
the space map, again. Dealing with minuscule budgets,
scrutiny from their peers and pressure from all quarters
Rakesh and Tara, make a team of junior scientists from
ISRO with the intention of putting the Mars Mission into
space within 24 months.
Final Word:
Moments of heightened drama in the
screenplay are tailor-made to please the
audience, especially those who don't have
a knack for theories, equations and
numbers. Mission Mangal simplifies its
complex subject so that viewers of all
ages and backgrounds can engage
with the story and the characters.

BOLLYWOOD
Story :
Raghav, son of high achieving parents succumbs to the pressure that comes with cut-
throat entrance exams. As he battles for life in a hospital, his parents regroup with
their friends after decades. Together, this older generation, goes on a nostalgia trip
reminiscing their college days, hoping their bittersweet memories will help save a
teenager, who has lost all will to live.
Analysis :
Stress and overwhelming anxiety is a reality for many young students in
India. More so, for those who appear for highly competitive engineering
and medical entrance exams. And sometimes, ones who do not make
it through the criteria find themselves in a whirlpool of doubt and
depression. Unable to take the failure in the face of family and peer
pressure, they often resort to actions which can cause irreparable
damage to themselves and their families.
While this bleak reality is at the center of Chhichhore’s
narrative, its heart and soul is purely reserved for the
carefree college and hostel days that shape lifelong
bonds and life lessons. Annirudh (Sushant Singh
Rajput) lovingly called Anni by his college buddies
and Maya (Shraddha Kapoor), a divorced couple,
find themselves in a desperate situation when their
teenaged son, Raghav attempts suicide.
Final Word:
Chhichhore’ has a relevant message on
the inherent attitude towards academic
success and failure that will connect
with many youngsters and parents of
today. It tells you that the journey
is far more important than the
destination and that losing is as
critical a life lesson as winning.

Story :
Saaho is the story of Ashok Chakravarthy (Prabhas) who is an undercover cop. He gets
assigned to investigate about a 2000 crore bank robbery. The story lands in Waaji, a
city which is the home for hundreds of criminals led by Roy (Jackie Shroff). The rest of
Saaho is all about the connection of the robbery with Waaji and about the black box.
Watch Saaho to know about the complete story and what happens next.
Analysis :
Saaho has a lean and uninteresting plot which makes no impact. The pale
narration leaves the audience pissed off. Except for the action episodes
and the interval bang, the first half of Saaho offers nothing. The songs
are a visual feast and the cinematography work looks good. Prabhas
does his part well and the introduction fight was canned well. With
some mighty expectations, the first half of Saaho falls short of the
expectations and will appeal to a limited section of audience.
The second half of Saaho is a pure misfire and the film offers
nothing. Sujeeth fails in all the available ways in handling a
big budget project. The script lacks interest and the pale
narration makes the second half even miserable. The
audience will be waiting for the end cards as most of
the episodes look dragged. The climax episodes have
been decent and the second half of Saaho ends on
a poor note.
Final Word:
Saaho is one of the biggest
disappointments in the recent times and
the film offers nothing except some
decent action stunts. Give it a skip.

Story :
Evaru Story: When a high-ranking police officer is killed by his alleged rape victim, Sub-
inspector Vikram Vasudev is entrusted with investigating what seems like an open-and-shut
case. However, as he delves deeper, Vikram finds the case spiralling into a dark tale filled
with unexpected surprises.
Analysis :
After watching Evaru, all questions will be answered, Adivi Sesh told us in an
intverview. And sure enough, while Evaru asks plenty of questions, it does give
a resounding answer - that the film is indeed inspired by Spanish film, The
Invisible Guest. Why the makers kept that under a wraps remains a mystery,
but Evaru is a thriller that keeps you hooked right till the end.
Sameera (Regina Cassandra) is accused of murdering a police officer
who rapes her. Her lawyer (Vinay Varma) hires a corrupt police officer,
Vikram (Adivi Sesh) to help crack the case and defend Sameera
against the prosecution lawyer who has the entire department
on his side. But an old case handled by Vikram enters the plot,
making things seem more complicated than they actually are.
Make no mistake, it's not easy to pull off a thriller of this
kind and keep the viewers glued and guessing, especially
given how a genre like this isn't explored much in Telugu
cinema, and for that Venkat Ramji deserves credit.
While the filmmaker makes a few changes to the
original, he does manage to keep the suspense
impact right till the very end.
Final Word:
Evaru is gripping to the core and has some
decent technical values, but the film does
lets itself down at times with gaps in
the narration. An additional subplot
makes it more confusing and doesn't
necessarily work, but it's an earnest
attempt from Venkat Ramji for his
debut film.

The Magnum Opus
of Prabhas

Saaho is a 2019 Indian action thriller film written and
directed by Sujeeth. It was produced by Vamsi Krishna Reddy,
Pramod Uppalapati and Bhushan Kumar under their respective
banners of UV Creations and T-Series. Filmed simultaneously
in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, it stars Prabhas and Shraddha
Kapoor, marking the former's Hindi debut and the latter's
debut in south Indian cinema.

The film follows an expansive criminal
syndicate engulfed in a power struggle
following the death of their leader all the
while intelligence agencies use this to their
advantage to take them down once and for
all. Principal photography for Saaho began
in August 2017. Filming took place in
India, United Arab Emirates, Romania and
Austria, and was undertaken with IMAX
cameras.
Produced on a budget of Rs 350 crore, it
is one among the most expensive Indian
films. The film's soundtrack was composed
by Tanishk Bagchi, Guru Randhawa,
Badshah, Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy and
Ghibran, and released under the banner
T-Series. Saaho was theatrically released
in India in cinemas and IMAX on 30 August
2019. Saaho revolves around Waaji city
which is the home for several underworld
dons. Prabhas plays an undercover cop in
this action thriller.
Jackie Shroff, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Vennela
Kishore, Murali Sharma, Arun Vijay,
Mandira Bedi, Evelyn Sharma, Supreeth
and Mahesh Manjrekar played other pivotal
roles in Saaho. The film received mixed
response from the audience but the first
weekend numbers have been outstanding.
But the collections dropped big during the
weekends. The film was produced on a
budget of Rs 350 crore. The film was shot
in Austria, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Abu Dhabi,
Dubai, Romania and other parts of Europe.
The film collected a theatrical share close
to Rs 200 crores in its first week across
the globe. Saaho - The Game, a First-
person shooter mobile game created by the
Hyderabad based company Pixalot Labs,
was released on 15 August 2019.

Exclusive Interview

After the mighty success of Baahubali franchise,
Prabhas took two years to complete the shoot of
Saaho. The film finally released on August 30th across
all the Indian languages in record number of screens.
Sujeeth is the director and UV Creations bankrolled
this prestigious project. The movie is made on a huge
budget of Rs 350 crores.

How nervous are
you about the film's
outcome?
Initially, I never used to be
so tensed before any release
of mine. But post-Bahaubali,
things have changed and I am
having sleepless nights before
the releases. For Saaho, things
are even bigger this time and I
am happy with the outcome of
the film.
How did this project
initiate in the first
place?
Post Baahubali, I was looking
at a love story. That is the
time, Sujeeth came with the
screenplay of this film. I loved it
and asked him to come with a
proper script. Once he did that
there was no looking back.
Was the budget of
the film always close
to 350 crores?
No, we wanted to wrap up the
film in 150 crores initially but
seeing Baahubali 2's result we
kept on increasing the budget
and scale of the film. Our only
aim was to make some
big film in terms of action.
But the budget kept on
improving and we have now
spent 350 crores only for
the audience.
What did you like
the most about
Sujeeth?
The way he narrated me
the screenplay, I loved the
confidence which is rare
in such a young guy. He is
crystal clear and never got
confused in any part of the
filming. He managed all the
senior technicians so well
and has made the film with
a stylish screenplay which
will be loved by many.
Your preparation
for the film?
The brief was to lose
weight for the film and I
turned vegetarian for that
and followed a strict diet
instructed by my trainer
Lakshman. I had to look
lean and stylish for the
action sequences and it was
a lot of hard work to look in
a certain way.
Tell us about
working with other
stars of the film?
Right from the time the
project was thought, we
wanted pan-India actors.
Right from Jackie sir, to
Chunkey Pandey and Neil
Nithin, I had a lovely time
working with them Sabu Cyril
is a star in his own way and
he played a major role in
creating so many sets for the
film.
How tough was the
action part of the
film?
It was not tough but required
a lot of patience. We had
Kenny Bates do the stunts
and for him to put things
together, it took a lot of time.
We smashed many cars,
blew up tankers and had to
take several permissions
from the governments of
Dubai and Italy. The action
is best on Indian screens to
date and will shock you with
its range.

the release of Saaho:

About your producers taking
a risk?
UV Creations are my best friends and
they have given everything for the film.
Every time they spoke about the budget,
my blood pressure would increase as I
always knew they are taking a big risk to
bet on my popularity. They have done it
all in these last two years and I want the
film to work at least for them.
Will you do more
Pan-India films?
Everything depends on the
success of Saaho. If it clicks, I
will surely continue this way.
But if anything goes wrong,
I will keep doing Telugu
films and once in a while do
Bollywood projects.
How has success
changed you?
I have a lot of success
but post-Baahubali things
are different. I look at people
like Chiranjeevi, Rajamouli,
and Rajanikanth who have
achieved so much and are
yet very humble. I want to
be like them and do not let
success go to my head.
About your wedding
plans?
As of now, I have no plans as there is
a lot of pressure for me to deliver with
Saaho. Everything else can wait as of
now.

Mission Mangal is a 2019 Indian Hindi-language drama
film directed by Jagan Shakti and jointly produced by
Cape of Good Films, Hope Productions, Fox Star Studios,
Aruna Bhatia, and Anil Naidu. The film stars an ensemble
cast of Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Nithya
Menen, Kirti Kulhari, Sharman Joshi, H. G. Dattatreya, Vikram
Gokhale, and Sonakshi Sinha.

It is loosely based on the life
of scientists at the Indian
Space Research Organisation
who contributed to the Mars
Orbiter Mission, India's first
interplanetary expedition.
Mission Mangal was announced
in November 2018. Shakti,
who worked as associate
director on Pad Man, pitched
the script to Kumar. Principal
photography for the film began
in November 2018. The film's
soundtrack was composed
by Amit Trivedi and Tanishk
Bagchi with lyrics written
by Amitabh Bhattacharya
and Bagchi, and released
under the banner Zee Music
Company. Mission Mangal was
theatrically released in India
on 15 August 2019, India's
Independence Day. It received
positive reviews from critics and
has earned Rs 268.84 crore

On 5 November 2018, to
coincide with 5 November
2013, the day the Mars Orbiter
Mission was launched, Mission
Mangal was announced.
Principal photography for
the film began later in mid-
November. In early February,
Pannu finished her schedule
of shooting. Shakthi initially
had Mohanlal and Sridevi
in mind for the roles played
by Akshay Kumar and Vidya
Balan. Shakthi pitched the idea
to Kumar while working as an
associate director to R. Balki in
Kumar's Pad Man.
In November 2018, a copyright
infringement lawsuit was filed
against the makers of the
film by the filmmaker Radha
Bharadwaj. The music of the

in Event at Doha, Qatar.
The eighth edition of the annual South Indian International Movie
Awards (SIIMA) was held in Doha, Qatar this year. Aimed at
felicitating the artistic and technical achievements of the south
Indian film industry, it is traditionally a two-day fest where the first
day is dedicated to Telugu and Kannada films and the second day
is about Malayalam and Tamil films. In Tamil cinema, Dhanush and
Trisha won key trophies. Aishwarya Rajesh and Jayam Ravi won the
critics awards for Koode. In Malayalam, Sudani From Nigeria won
Best Film. Tovino Thomas and Aishwarya Lekshmi won key acting
awards. Tollywood movies like Rangasthalam, Bharath Ane Nenu,
Aravinda Sametha, Mahanati were among the ones nominated this
year. Ram Charan’s role in Rangasthalam won him the Best Actor
Telugu award. Keerthy Suresh, who recently won the National
Award for her portrayal of the legendary yesteryear actress Savitri,
is continuing to win laurels for the same. She was adjudged as the
Best Actress Telugu at SIIMA 2019.

Nithya Menen was born in Bangalore,

The film stars Shahrukh Khan as Kabir
Khan, former captain of the Indian
men's national field-hockey team. After
a disastrous loss to Pakistan, Khan is
ostracized from the sport and he and his
mother are driven from the family home
by angry neighbors. Seven years later,
to redeem himself, Khan becomes the
coach of the Indian national women's
hockey team and aims to turn its sixteen
contentious players into a championship
unit.
Chak De! India won a number of awards,
including the National Film Award for
Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome
Entertainment. On 30 August 2007,
the Academy of Motion Picture Arts
and Sciences requested a copy of the
film's script for a place in its Margaret
Herrick Library. When the Indian Hockey
Federation was reorganized in April
2008, former player Aslam Sher Khan
said that he wanted "to create a 'Chak
De' effect" in Indian hockey. The film
was screened in New Delhi on 17
August 2016, as part of the week-long
Independence Day Film Festival.
The festival was jointly presented
by the Indian Directorate of Film
Festivals and Ministry of Defense,
commemorating India's 70th
Independence Day. Chak De! India
premiered on 9 August 2007 at
Somerset House in London to an
audience of over 2,000 during the
Film4 Summer Screen and India Now
festivals. It was released globally in
theaters on 10 August 2007, playing
on only 400 screens in India because
of the commercial failure of Yash Raj
Films's two previous films. The film

Lisa Ray accuses the makers of
Saaho for Copying the Artwork
Actress Lisa Ray who is well known for Telugu
audience with her film ‘Takkari Donga’ has
pointed makers of ‘Saaho’ for copying the
artwork without the permission of the creator
and not giving credit to him. The actress
took social media as a platform to point out
Saaho makers. Lisa wrote: “…We need to
stand up and speak up. To hold up a mirror
to these makers to make them understand
THIS IS NOT RIGHT. It’s come to light that
a big budget film production has ripped off
one of Shilo’s original creations. This is NOT
inspiration but blatant theft. In no world, is this
acceptable. The production did not contact
the creator, asking her permission or offer to
collaborate or offering a credit. Nothing.

Nekevvaru shooting
Super Star Mahesh Babur is bust in his
upcoming movie Sarilery Nekevvaru
shooting and the makers are planning
back to back schedules. The movie is
directing by Anil Ravipudi. Mahesh will be
seen as an army officer in the film, and the
look of the superstar as Major Ajay Krishna
was already out.The present shooting
schedule is canning some crucial scenes
in a specially erected set of Kurnool
Konda Reddy Burju. It is also heard that
the makers are planning to wrap the talkie
part soon and also complete the entire
shooting by November. It is known that the
film is slated for Sankranthi 2020 release.

& other Social Media accounts and luring
unsuspecting people by posting fake casting
calls for our ongoing project #RRR.”
