Patrick Ruz describes his first varsity lacrosse game for Dublin Coffman High School as a freshman. He made the junior varsity team but was called up late in the season to replace the best defensive player who had to get a colonoscopy. As the only freshman on varsity, he played in a rivalry game against Dublin Jerome High School on April 28, 2010 with the winner claiming lacrosse dominance in Dublin, Ohio. Though Coffman lost 14-15, it was the craziest game Patrick had ever played in.
