 We live them at home, school, church , work ETC

 UNPACKING THE MISSION ON HOW WE ARE GOING TO ACHIEVE OUR:

 AOG NATIONAL STRATEGIC PLANS:
 FOCUS SHOULD BE CLEAR:(Healthy Ministers, Heathy local Church, Healthy
leadership, Healthy Administration)
 Strategies( Facilitating Theologically sound trainings, Enhancing mental
and physical wellness, Acknowledging five fold ministry, Establishment of
key ministry departments, Incorporating evangelism and discipleship,
Putting effective admin systems that includes monitoring and evaluation)
 We need to develop our own strategic plans at City Center
Today : OBJECTIVES
What are Objectives?
 A brief statement that explains how you are going to achieve
something. (SMART)
 SPECIFC…..Very clear about something (reading…action)
 MEASURABLE…… I will be back after five minutes (time factor)
 ACHIEVABLE…… cook for ten people (not ten thousand)
 RELEVANT…….. (Activities within our context)
 TIME BOUND ……Within a specified timeframe (after a week)
 Example( By the end of thirty minutes five children should be able to
write the names of the books of the Bible in order)

 Increase congregation size by 20% within the next year through community
outreach and digital engagement

identify local needs and interests.
 How-Task 2: Develop a digital marketing strategy targeting the local

visibility, starting from the next quarter
