This study examined chronic humoral rejection of human kidney allografts and its association with broad autoantibody responses. The researchers found that chronic humoral rejection associates with autoantibody responses against multiple self-antigens. These autoantibodies may contribute to allograft injury and dysfunction in chronic humoral rejection.
