As the Program Manager for the Director of Logistics (DOL), my responsibilities are
overseeing various tasks assigned to our different sections. Required to provide proper

Chemical latrine needs for the units different assigned training areas and ranges. The
needs changed daily due to changes of training areas or ranges and the number of
personnel training at each area.
As Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL) Manager, ensured the
paperwork and documentation is filled out correctly, with any and all needed attachments.
Maintain a filing system, and FLIP log. Assist the FLIPL investigators by providing a
packet of information and regulations to successfully complete their investigation. I
processed FLIPLS for the loss of CIF items utilizing the ISM program. Additionally,

supply request for DOL personnel, collect and file ( Government Purchase Card) GPC
receipts and invoices and serve as the Alternate Key Control Custodian.
As a Supply Technician, I served as the Information Technology (IT) Coordinator for all
mobilizing units and the installation, I submitted weekly IT status reports to the First
Army East G6. The status reports contained information as to which units were
mobilizing at Camp Atterbury, and if they had their requirement for IT, or if it needed to
be requested. If it needed to be requested I had to request funding for the needed items of
IT. Attend weekly logistics meetings, led by the DOL to inform mobilizing units of their
IT authorizations and status of their Operational Needs Statement (ONS). Responsible for
forecasting, and requesting Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) funded IT needs based off
of need, Theater Provided Equipment (TPE) and on hand IT equipment. Request, and
receive IT equipment through the proper logistics channels. Responsible for ensuring that
request are filled out properly by authorized personnel. Issue of equipment only to
authorized personnel. Maintain filling system for all IT equipment issued from Camp
Atterbury for mobilizing units and the installation. I was also responsible for the
installation Training Set of IT for the units training on Camp Atterbury. I would
coordinate with the individual units requiring IT for usage on base. I would then hand
receipt all needed items to the requesting units logistic personnel. Once the unit
completed training they would turn the items into me so I could have our techs erase and
reimage the CPU's and laptops so they could be added back to the training sets inventory.
If anything was lost or damaged I initiated a FLIPL. The training set consisted of over
1200 laptops, 30 Desktops, 450 printers, 2 plotters, 2 digital senders, and 24 digital
cameras. Ensure that all IT property for the installation is accounted for by completing
physical inventories of all IT on the installation the Property Book Office (PBO). Assist
PBO with the tracking and placement of IT equipment on the installation. Verified that IT
was on, or needed to be added, to the Installation Property Book, utilizing PBUSE.
Attend weekly DOIM (Director of Information Management) meeting to discuss any and
all upcoming issues concerning IT equipment. Follow the Army Physical Security
regulations and policies for Information Technology security.
