DEBTS: BE CAUTIOUS
In what ways should people be cautious
regarding debts?
“My child, if you co-sign a loan for a
friend or guarantee the debts of someone
you hardly know, you have placed
yourself at your friend’s mercy.” –
Proverbs 6 : 1 - 3

BE ABLE TO PAY YOUR
DEBTS
If you co-sign a loan, be sure you can
repay the entire debt if your friend
defaults on the loan.
“Do not co-sign another person or put
up a guarantee for someone’s else loan.
If you can pay it, even your bed will be
snatched under you.” –
Proverbs 22 : 26 - 27

and in public, with no hidden kickbacks or
shady deals. It is detestable to the Lord.
