Chris Spence is an educator and former football player with a proven track record of community service. As an educator, he has always aspired to be a servant leader who cares for and empowers youth. As the director of the Toronto and Hamilton school boards, he brought passion and innovation that benefited students, teachers, and the community. In 1992, he created CMS Productions as a hub to continue his community initiatives and keep people updated on his work.

2. Who is Chris Spence?
For those who are not familiar with the
sensation that Chris M. Spence is, here is a
short introduction.
Chris Spence is an educator with a proven
track record of community service. A former
football player who performed as the running
back for B.C Lions in the 80s,he’s also known
for his unyielding pursuit of excellence and
taking on social responsibility.

those around him, especially the youth of this

 It doesn’t matter whether he is out in the
frontleading, or inspiring people to take action from

 Chris Spence work as the Director and
superintendent of the Toronto board, and
with the Hamilton Board; turned heads.
 The level of passion and innovation he
poured into his work benefited; not only the
school but the students, their teachers and

changed from classroom teacher to
director of education. The only thing
that has changed for me is the walls of
my classroom, which have now
expanded to include more students,
more educators, and more community

 Chris decided that he needed a hub for all
his undertakings, where he can keep the
people he has inspired, up to date, to
follow the latest coming and goings.
 Then in 1992, Chris brought all his work
and initiatives under one roof by the
name of CMS production, CMS being his
initials; making it easier for people to find
him.

This website will effectively cast a wide net
that is meant to capture the talents of
visible minorities, willing volunteers for
projects, the presence of supporters, or at
least the attention of those that believe in
what Chris M. Spence is doing for the
community.
