This document discusses a 44-year-old female patient presenting with 10 days of right upper abdominal pain who is undergoing a lap cholecystectomy. She has a history of controlled hypertension but no other significant medical issues. Pre-operative labs and tests were normal. The patient was classified as ASA 2 with a 0.6% risk of mortality.  Chief Complaint
 Pain abdomen 10 days
H/O/P/I - As stated by patient when he was
asympotmatic 10 days back , when he
experienced pain in abdomen in right upper
side incidious in onset , progressive in nature,
relived by medication , non radiating , non
reffred , aggravatied by taking food.

Dyspnea , Drug allergy, CAD
 No H/o of any previous surgery or anesthesia

7. Pre Op Oders in PAC
 NPO for 6 hours before surgery
 Written and Informed Consent
 Xylocain sensitivity test
 Tab Alprazolam 0.5mg taken in night before surgery
 Stop Tablet Telmisartan on day of surgery
 Take Tab Amlodipine 10mg on the day of surgery
with sips of water at 6am
 Shift the patient to OT at 8:30am
