Chocolate is the author's weakness and they cannot go a day without it. To educate other chocolate lovers, the author created a presentation on how chocolate is made. The process involves picking cocoa beans and drying them in the sun to develop their chocolate flavor. The beans are then roasted at different temperatures depending on the desired aroma. The roasted beans are ground into a cocoa liquor mix. From there, milk is added to create milk chocolate or it is left as is to make dark chocolate.
