31-year-old Chloé Roy has worked as a technical studies technician in electrical installation at SPIE Nucléaire for six years. She analyzes customer specifications, consults specialists to assess needs, and makes commercial offers. Throughout projects, she provides and verifies technical documentation and communicates with teams to manage priorities and schedules. Her passion for technical fields began in middle school during an applied technologies course focusing on electricity. While she enjoys working in a male-dominated environment, she wishes for more female colleagues and hopes more women will consider technical careers.
