SHANGHAI (Scrap Register): China, the world's biggest tin importer, has imported more tin ore from Myanmar after the Indonesian export ban. a news report from Shanghai Metals Market saying Myanmar has remained the top supplier of tin ore to China during March this year with 16,415 tons, the figure represented a sharp increase of 465% from a month earlier and 39.3% year-on-year. First three months of this year China imported 38,283 tons of tin ore, a rise of 17.3% year-on-year.
