1. Children
are
spiritual beings
“ Unless you
become like a
child , you
cannot enter
the Kingdom o f
God ”

2. Children are the physical result of the sexual
union of male and female. But they are more, too ..
They are the testing ground of our spiritual
awareness. If we can learn truth, and apply it to
ourselves, we should then be able to apply it to
raising our children.

3. Most of the time,
parents treat their
children as their
parents have treated
them. This is the
reality behind the
expression, “ The sins
of the father are
visited upon his
sons”. It is not truly
divine retribution in
the Biblical sense, but
simply the spiritual
law of cause and
effect at work.

4. “ never any mistake ”
The spiritual
consciousness of the family
attracts Souls who are in
harmony with it, or who can
benefits in some way from
experiences in that
particular group.
There is never any
mistake where, when, and
to whom one is born. All
these factors are considered
carefully when Soul
chooses a body here in the
lower worlds.

5. It is possible for parents, If they
work hard and sincerely, to rise
above their previous conditioning
and make a better life for
themselves and their children.

6. “ Child is a spiritual being ”
Parents must understand and accept that their
child is a spiritual being. It is neither male nor
female. It is merely passing through a sexually
polarized form to gather experiences and develop
an awareness of, and commitment to, its own
wholeness and divinity ! Knowing this, parents must
regard themselves as ‘ teachers ’ first, and ‘ care-
takers’ second.

7. It is far easier for parents to fill their
children’s lives with things and events than
with spiritual content. This is because
parents themselves have not resolved their
own unasked or unanswered questions
about God and Soul, and are not prepared
to teach their offspring.

8. “ Psychic and spiritual awareness ”
A child comes into this world with his attention
more inwardly directed than outwardly. He travels
naturally back and forth between the heavenly
worlds and the physical plane without any
training . He perceives these inner regions through
psychic and spiritual awareness. Then slowly, he
learns to adjust to the laws of this plane through
his coarser physical senses.

9. By teaching a child that what goes
on inside himself is real and valuable,
you can preserve his link with the
higher consciousness within him.
All of the geniuses of the earth had
this gift of imagination. From
Beethoven to Albert Einstein, each
knew that the key to all problem
solving, all creativity, lay within the
universe of the individual imagination.
