7. Child Labor (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986.
No child below the age of 14 years shall be employed to work
in any factory or mine or engaged in any other hazardous
employment (Article 24);
The State shall provide free and compulsory education to all
children of the age six to 14 years. (Article 21 (A));
Apart from above acts article 39-e, 39-f and 40 of Indian
constitution, The Factories Act 1948, The Mines Act 1952,
and The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory
