Mrs. Gavin has established 10 commandments for cheerleading practice etiquette. These commandments instruct cheerleaders to be kind, warm up, wear proper athletic attire like tennis shoes and socks, not build stunts without a coach present, remain silent between cheers, tie back hair, avoid jewelry, long nails and tight clothing, not chew gum or eat during practice, wear non-restrictive clothing, and fully participate in all practice elements. Following all the commandments will make the squad successful.
