decisions by assessing information gathered from
a number of systems and by contacting
customers. Effectively communicating using letters
and over the telephone. Completing manual and
semi manual redress calculators for open and
closed loans. Data gathering, completing buddy
checks and assessing candidates on recruitment
days. Flexible working was required due to work
streams and processes changing often. The ability
to organise and manage workload in order to meet
targets was also required.
