(a) Construct a pie chart to represent proportion of the three types of flood that
occurred in 2014.
Step 1: Calculate the angle of each sector for each type of flood.
Step 2: Arrange the sectors from largest to smallest.
Step 3: Draw the largest sector starting at the 12 o’clock point in a clockwise direction.
Step 4: Label each sector with the type of flood and the proportion of its occurrence.
Step 5: Provide a title for the pie chart.
