Written Representation Letter for the year ended 30 June 2022
This representation letter is provided in connection with your audit of the
financial statements of ABC Company Ltd., for the year ended 30June
2022, for the purpose of expressing an opinion as to whether the financial
statements are presented fairly, in all material respects, (or give a true and
fair view) in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
We confirm, to the best of our knowledge and belief, the following
representations made to you during your audit:

Financial statements;
 We have fulfilled or responsibilities, as set out in the terms of the audit
engagement dated………….., for the presentation of the financial statements
in accordance with International Accounting Standard (IAS), in particular
the financial statements are fairly presented ( or give a true and fair view)
in accordance therewith.
 Related party relationships and transactions have been appropriately
accounted for and disclosed in accordance with the requirements of
International Accounting Standard (IAS).
 All events subsequent to the date of the financial statements and for
which International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) requires
adjustment or disclosure has been adjusted or disclosed.
 We have satisfactory title to all owned assets and there are no lien or
encumbrances on such assets nor has any assets been pledged.
 There are no non-compliance with regulatory requirements that could have
a material effect on the financial statements.

 Financial statements disclosed all the facts of which we are aware that are
relevant to the entity’s ability to continue.
 In preparing the financial statements management uses significant
assumptions and appropriate estimates, which are reasonable and have been
disclosed in the financial statements.
 We have no plan or intention that may materially affect the carrying value
or classification of assets and liabilities.
 We have disclosed to you the results or our assessment of the task that
the financial statements may be materially misstated as a result of fraud.
 We have disclosed to you the identity the entity’s related parties and all
the related party relationships and transactions which we are aware.
 There are no contingencies and events having occurred after the
Statement of Financial Position date that could have a material impact on
the condition of assets and liabilities on the Statement of Financial Position
date and are of such importance that non-disclosure would prevent the
users of financial statements from making proper evaluations and
decisions.
 Any other matters the auditor may consider appropriate.

 We have provided you with:
 Access to all information of which we are aware that is relevant to the
preparation of the financial statements such as records, documentation and
other matters;
 Additional information that you have requested form us for the purpose of
the audit; and
 Unrestricted access to persons within the entity from whom you
determined it necessary to obtain audit evidence.
 All transactions that have been recorded in the accounting records and
accounting software, are reflected in the financial statements.
 We have disclosed to you the results or our assessment of the task that
the financial statements may be materially misstated as a result of fraud.
