A totally new labor market was introduced for these people, in a new world where competitive economy rules and people work and keep their jobs based on their merits.

What we propose is a system that will ease the access for an employee to this new market and give managers a tool that will find the best candidates for a new job opening.

13. Employee’s Training and Personal Skills The next step will consist of employees of personal skills. With this part we encourage the employee to specify their skills and based on different fields. Such as list of languages they understand, speak and write, Social skills, Organisational skills, Technical skills, Computer skills.
14. Implementation Technically we will implement this solution using open source web based technologies. As a database backend we can use MySql or PostgreSql. On the server side, the system will be programmed using PHP and hosted on an Apache server.
15. Intelligent system A traditional labor market system will only work as a web site that will list employers and candidates. Employers will need to manually process CV’s and contact appropriate candidates. We propose to develop an intelligent system which will automatically analyze CV’s and try to automatically connect the best employer – employee pairs
