Through Elevate, CH2M employees now share content 8 times more frequently, resulting in over 2% engagement rates, 5 times more followers of the company LinkedIn page, and 3 times more views of the company page. The employee advocacy program helped strengthen employee and client relationships while increasing recruitment with 4 times more job views.
