The Cyprus Germany
Business Association was
founded as a result of the
efforts of CCCI, the founding
President Mr. George
Michaelides, now Honorary
President, and the German
Embassy to Nicosia.

organised two business forums,
promoting Cyprus as a base for business
operations in the MENA region, and as

alternative funds companies (EU-AIFs).

MEETING

The Annual General Meeting 2016 was
held at the premises of CCCI.
A new and very enthusiastic Board
of Directors has been elected. The
new Board appointed a new
President and two new Vice
Presidents.

MEETING THE BOARD

ENTHUSIASTICAL COMMITMENT
The current Board Members are keen to drive the Association to new heights and to
expand its scope of services. Therefore, it decided to meet every last Tuesday of
the month. In order to increase efficiency and to better face the work load, the Board
increased the number of Vice Presidents from one to two.

  • 10. 2016, June 28, 30 BUSINESS FORUMS FRANKFURT, MUNICH — In co-operation with CCCI and the Cyprus Trade Centre in Germany, CGBA organised two business forums, promoting Cyprus as a base for business operations in the MENA region, and as an advanced EU jurisdiction for alternative funds companies (EU-AIFs). 2016, June 22 GENERAL ANNUAL MEETING — The Annual General Meeting 2016 was held at the premises of CCCI. A new and very enthusiastic Board of Directors has been elected. The new Board appointed a new President and two new Vice Presidents. 10
