This document outlines a proposal for a nonprofit organization designed to help break the cycle of incarceration. The organization would provide resources and support to clients at every step as they work to change their lives. In the first year, the organization is projected to cost $50,000 to operate. Key aspects that would be implemented include research, funding, and fieldwork teams to connect with and assist clients. Evaluations such as client and community surveys would also be conducted.

2) Funding: Someone who's only job is to make sure the funding is like it is supposed to be
and continue to help find investors.
3) Fieldwork: Teams that will be out with the clients or meeting with new clients

If we can intersect early enough and provide a way for them to turn it around we
may be able to break the cycle of absconding and returning to jail and prison.
