The Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine will host its annual Aesthetic Medicine Expo on June 2nd, 2019 at the Delta Hotel in Mississauga, Ontario from 9am to 5pm. The expo will feature plenary sessions, exhibits, technical demonstrations, and social events to discuss developments in aesthetic medicine and enable networking. It aims to bring together physicians, nurses, dentists, students, and experts in aesthetic medicine.

The Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine will host its Annual Aesthetic Medicine Expo at the Delta Hotel by Marriott in Toronto,
Ontario, Canada, on June 2nd, 2019. This expo will provide a forum for communication of new ideas and to discuss topics in aesthetic
medicine.
The purpose of this expo is to bring together physicians, nurses, dentists, students, medical aestheticians, clinic owners, and experts
in aesthetic medicine to discuss the newest advancements in the eld. This expo will enable the exchange of ideas and knowledge
between the di erent research, clinical, and industrial sectors focusing on aesthetic medicine.
The CBAM Aesthetic Medicine Expo will feature:
Plenary sessions and with invited speakers from leading biotech companies, global pharmaceutical organizations, medical
facilities, and internationally renowned academic institutions, on key issues and the latest developments within the eld of
aesthetic medicine.
Exhibits with industrial leaders and clinics showcasing their latest products and technology.
Technical sessions and demonstrations with experts from suppliers, academia, and pharmaceutical agencies and laboratories
to present the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine.
Social events that encourage networking with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.

4. Ticket prices (taxes to be applied):
Registration is open to all physicians, nurses, dentists, medical residents, medical aestheticians, clinic owners, and nursing
students, with both member and non-member rates available.
Payments or registration fees can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Your registration will be con rmed only when the
registration form has been submitted and/or the full payment has been received.
You will receive a detailed con rmation email and receipt to con rm your registration.
* CBAM Membership fee waived until September 1st, 2019.
Register as a member to be eligible for a free ticket to the CBAM Expo.

The hotel is located approximately 3.4 kilometres from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) and 23.8 kilometres from Billy
Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ).

On-site parking fee:
8 CAD hourly, 18 CAD daily. Rates are subject to change.

8. Gold sponsorships for this event are limited. The selection is based on rst come, rst served.
Cancellations must be made no later than May 1, 2019, to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received after May 1 and before
May 21, 2019, are eligible for a refund, less a $20 cancellation fee.
Cancellation requests must be provided by phone or by email to info@cbamedicine.com. CBAM will reply with a written
acknowledgement.
Note: We will not share your contact information with any other third party unless consented by you*. We will only use your contact
information to send you information about upcoming courses and events, and also for sending our e-newsletter.
* Occasionally only sponsors will receive your information if you have attended an event. Upon registration for CBAM events, you are

Discounted ticket prices for any CBAM events are only available for Canadian practitioners. International practitioners who require an
invitation letter for immigration or visa application purposes must pay the full event fee in advance, plus a $350 CAN application fee.
