Inspect/Adjust/Replace".

19. 4. Slide first vibration damper (2) forward. Attach a suitable lifting device onto first vibration
damper (2) . The weight of vibration damper (2) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Remove
first vibration damper (2) from the adapter.
5. Remove the pulley.

6. Slide second vibration damper (3) forward. Attach a suitable lifting device onto second
vibration damper (3) . The weight of vibration damper (3) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).
Remove second vibration damper (3) from adapter (5) .
7. Attach a suitable lifting device onto adapter (5) . The weight of adapter (5) is approximately
25 kg (55 lb). Remove bolts (4) and adapter (5) .

1. Attach a suitable lifting device to adapter (5) . The weight of adapter (5) is approximately
25 kg (55 lb). Install adapter (5) and bolts (4) .
2. Install Tooling (A) in adapter (5) .
3. Attach a suitable lifting device onto second vibration damper (3) . The weight of vibration
damper (3) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Position second vibration damper (3) on adapter
(5) .
4. Install the pulley.

damper (2) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Position first vibration damper (2) on the
adapter.
6. Install the spacer and bolts (1) . Remove Tooling (A) and install remaining bolts (1) .
Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 135 ± 20 N·m (100 ± 15 lb ft).
7. Install the belt on the engine. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belts -
Inspect/Adjust/Replace".
