to more elaborate packages with waiters, chefs and platters

Chef Tom Burney
Tom Burney has cooked in some of the
world’s most renowned kitchens, including
The Fat Duck (3-michelin stars) and The
Square (2-michelin stars) in his home country
of England.
On arriving in Hong Kong, Tom began
providing dining experiences for clients
including Lady Gaga, Keanu Reeves, Tiger
Chen and more. After receiving countless
requests for catering services, Tom launched
Invisible Kitchen, bringing innovative and
fresh ideas to the world of HK catering.

We believe in making things ourselves. Our team of chefs work with
obsessively-sourced, natural ingredients, and cook them with care,
nuance and understanding.
Everything is made in-house from our own recipes, so we can ensure
the quality of the taste and know every single ingredient that goes
into our food. We simmer our own stocks, create our own soups,
whizz our own sauces and mince our own meats. By doing this,
we can promise you the same, unparalleled level of high-quality
deliciousness, every single time.
