Name:- Ajay Age:- 46 yrs Sex:- male
Weight:- 60 kg Height:- 160 cm
A 46yrs old male admitted in the hospital on 6-12-21
having a hypertension for past 10yrs. He presents to his
primary care physician for follow up treatment after his
blood pressure was found to be 169/24 mm hg. At
todays visit his blood pressure is found to be 166/26 mm
hg, resulting in a diagnosis of hypertension.
He was currently on atorvasation 40mg daily and
metropol tartarate 100mg twice daily and he repeat no
adverse effects from either medication

Severe headache
Fatigue or confusion
Vision problems
Chest pain
Difficulty in breathing
Irregular heartbeat
• Most people with hypertension have no signs or
symptoms even if blood pressure reading reaches
dangerous high levels.
