About the Client
Inco Property Group has been a long-term client of iFactory and we’ve
supported their digital business growth as they’ve expanded their capabilities.
Inco Property Group specialises in property management of a number of
Brisbane-based office buildings, with their new venture, Inco Serviced
Offices, they are able to offer fully-serviced offices, co-working desk spaces,
shared spaces, virtual offices and hot desking for remote homeworkers,
start-ups and freelancers.
Client Objective
Inco Property Group required a one-page microsite to serve as a lead
generator for users to sign up for more information. The site needed to reflect
the business’s professional and progressive offerings, while looking equally
impressive and intuitive across all devices. The new website had to reflect
Inco Serviced Offices’s newly-created brand and guidelines and emphasise
the “short-term commitments with big company benefits”.

Co-working spaces are the new office disrupters. In just a few short years,
flexible workspaces have become a key component of many companies’
workplace and real estate strategies. With the digital search space becoming
increasingly competitive, our strategy focused on creating a one-page website
that highlighted Inco Serviced Offices’s end-goal and was highly optimised for
search.
To future-proof the growth of the business, we designed the new microsite in
WordPress, which would allow for easy updating and expansion of the sites
as new services came on board and the business grew. Keeping our strategy
in mind, our responsive design followed best-practice for lead generation
pages, featuring conversion copy and an easy-to-use contact form. We also
focused on plenty of visual representation, including pictograms, trust marks
and an embedded gallery.
