3. TRADITIONAL APPROACH AS
A HINDERANCE
Their earlier process was through means of
preparing incident report from authorized
safety inspectors. A report was prepared after
the accident / incident happened and shared
across their similar business plant network.
Human Error possibilities of human error
resulted in missing critical points, thus
reliability index of such reports becomes low.
This was time consuming and a cumbersome
activity.

4. CHALLENGES
Incident details need to be communicated at
all plants of specific business units. This may
lead to miss out some important points to
explain to the end user.
The complete scenario hierarchy - passed on
from inspector to safety heads to then their
chain of command.
Meant additional time cycles, susceptibility to
information or message dilution and overall
inefficient safety and health learning
outcomes.

5. OUR APPROACH
ASK-EHS replicated actual incident into 3D animation movie over a timeline of only
24 hours.
As the exact event was recreated, there was little-to-no need of explanation.
Furthermore, our in-house team of EHS knowledge leaders collaborated with the
animation (technical) team for developing these safety movies. So little to no inputs
from the customers related to CAPA were required
