This document contains two case studies about urinary incontinence in older adults and discusses treatment options. Case Study 1 describes a 70-year-old woman experiencing urge incontinence and stress incontinence. Her workup found no issues and her cognition and function are normal. Treatment options discussed include pelvic floor exercises, bladder training, lifestyle changes, and medications. Case Study 2 involves a man with Parkinson's disease experiencing urinary incontinence. His goals are to manage leaks overnight. External urinary devices are recommended that he can apply himself. With training, he and his wife were able to take an overnight trip independently.
