Carolina Garcia is an adjunct professor and semi-retired journalist with over three decades of experience working across multiple platforms producing award-winning journalism. She most recently taught journalism at USC and consulted on projects for the USC Annenberg Media Center. Prior to retiring in 2015, she held several leadership roles such as Executive Editor and Managing Editor at various major newspapers where she helped restructure management protocols and place greater emphasis on local news coverage. She has a BA in Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
