Since February 7, 2012 Mr. Carpenter has been contracted and responsible of the management,
Program development, implementation, design, deployment, and overseeing installation of our
CMMS Maintenance Reliability system. He has also been a subject matter expert in several
other major projects including the Siemens PCS-7 DCS upgrade, remote diagnostics, and repair
Project, the Enterprise Lan/WAN Upgrade, Homeland Security Project, including the installation
of a new computer server, and several other simultaneously assigned projects.
Mr. Carpenter has been challenged with an extremely difficult and complex set of multiple tasks.
He has willingly accepted a tremendous amount of responsibility, and ownership related to the
implementation, rollout, design, deployment, and management of these essential projects. While
interacting with a wide and diverse group of technicians, operators, maintenance personnel,
contractors, vendors, and senior management personnel at all skill levels, he has consistently and
diligently performed his duties well above and beyond his contract obligations.
Always willing to share his knowledge, he has consistently offered, and provided subject matter
expertise in multiple disciplines while mentoring, training, and providing his technical expertise
to others upon request. Throughout his tenure, and has supported our technical staff in multiple
disciples plant wide. Mr. Carpenter is a knowledgeable, capable, and highly dedicated
Maintenance, Technical Reliability Engineering, and Computer Engineering Project
